No Refund Policy

All payments made to Intact Software Solutions for custom software development, consulting services, or digital products are non-refundable. By initiating a payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of service and project engagement.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind or shift in business direction after project initiation
• Partial or unused services once the project has commenced
• Delays resulting from client-side dependencies or failure to provide timely feedback
• Subscription-based services or support packages that have been partially utilized
• Cancellation of services after resource allocation or work has begun

Exceptions

Though we follow a strict no-refund policy, exceptions may be considered under special circumstances at the sole discretion of our management. These may include:

• Duplicate payments made accidentally
• Complete non-delivery of services due to technical issues solely caused by Intact Software Solutions
• Any scenario deemed exceptional after internal investigation and review

In case a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned through the original mode of payment.
